About the role
To successfully lead a digital portfolio, utilising all PHD Group resources resulting in well executed & innovative digital strategies with excellent executional management and client servicing.
Strong advocate of an integrated work approach, with specific responsibility for the management and growth of direct reports.
Skills & Experience
  • Typically tertiary qualified, supplemented by 6+ years of strong media planning and buying experience and client relationship management
  • Sound understanding of media fundamentals and strategic planning capabilities across several channels
  • Strategic thinker with sound analytical skills
  • Able to effectively participate in senior discussions regarding business and communications strategy (may not lead these discussions)
  • Sound decision making which considers multiple stakeholders and their issues
  • Able to deliver broad business thinking as well as having the ability to deliver against processes and attention to detail that come with large scale accounts
  • Ability to engage and influence senior individuals/stakeholders/decision makers within your client group
  • Ability to challenge others (internal, client or creative agency) using appropriate approach and diplomacy to secure desired outcome
  • Confident presenter at client meetings
  • Understands motivators and detractors in leading and motivating a team of people
  • Ability to build on agency culture and cross agency collaboration and integration
  • Future focused
