About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP Growth Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of robust, data-driven strategies aimed at driving business growth through digital and event marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing marketers, with a primary focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role involves optimizing marketing efforts, driving leads across global lines of business, and leveraging the product as a key growth driver. The SVP will also be at the forefront of driving experimentation and optimization to enhance conversion rates and revenue growth, as well as leading data analysis to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
Candidates for the SVP Growth Marketing position at the company should have a Master’s degree in business administration or a related field, with a preference for this level of education. A minimum of 15 years’ related experience, including a proven track record in leading growth marketing teams and strategy, is required. The role demands a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to think creatively to identify innovative growth opportunities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to partner with and present to senior leadership. The SVP will be expected to champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making, and to define metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
